How great is chicken salad? I got a chicken salad sandwich when I went out with my mom for lunch the other day. It was delicious. I'm a big fan of tuna salad but I'm always afraid to get seafood at a restaurant because I figure it just sits around because people don't usually order seafood (same for crab salad). But I was surprised at how yummy it is with chicken. I've trying to figure out how to make it without having to cook chicken. Nummy.
